Withum Wins 2017 Nintex Partner Award for Process Automation

Withum, a Microsoft Gold Cloud Partner and Nintex partner for more than a decade, has been working with one of the largest global research non-profit organizations in the Washington D.C. area. Until recently most of their internal processes were conducted using the exchange of physical paperwork. This ranges from submitting an expense request, to managing contracts with vendors, and planning and measuring their strategic organizational goals and objectives. Withum’s process automation experts evaluated the organization’s current processes and determined Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and Nintex Forms for Office 365 would be the best solution. The Withum team created complex state machine workflows using Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and for a good, consistent user experience, Nintex Forms for Office 365 was used. By automating these manual processes, the organization saw a 30 percent decrease in their payment request process and 50 percent reduction in the amount of time spent on approving grants. Ultimately, Withum rolled out a collection of seven to 12 solutions configured and implemented, leveraging the Office 365 platform as the basis for enterprise content management; Nintex workflow and forms for business process automation; DocuSign for electronic signature; and integration with Salesforce CRM.
